EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

During my summers in high school and college, I was employed with H & K Construction Company (Pipeline Division) of Sinton, Texas. Upon graduation from Texas A & M with a degree in accounting, I went to work for Moore, Goldman and Hunt, an accounting firm. My interest in the pipeline construction continued through my father, W. D. Roberts, who was a project superintendent for H & K Construction. In September of 1981, I left the accounting field and formed Pumpco, Inc. as an oilfield service company. Initially, I was the only employee of Pumpco, Inc. In the last ten years, Pumpco, Inc. has grown into a company that now lays and inspects pipelines, as well as continues to do general oilfield service work. I have expanded Pumpco, Inc. from one truck to over 65 trucks, 27 trailers, 4 Ditchers, 12 Cat Dozers, 6 Case Backhoes, 3 directional drill rigs, and 14 Cat Trackhoes. Pumpco, Inc. additionally has steaming, sandblasting, and painting capabilities and does work for numerous independent oil operators as well as several major pipeline companies, including Duke Energy, Texaco, Inc., Phillips Natural Gas Company, Tejas Gas Pipeline, Devon Gas Gathering, Williams Energy, and Seminole Pipeline.
